It went well except for the fact that some of the windows came from the manufacturer with a small defect which was corrected by them in 5 days.
They were very accommodating in scheduling the installation. They patiently answered all my questions and provided great suggestions.

It went extremely well. Olson's responsiveness to our initial inquiry was prompt and their field representative was very helpful and professional. The final installation was performed as scheduled by an extremely professional and courteous crew Overall. we are very please with the entire process and the results. We will definitely enthusiastically recommend Olson to others.
Perfect. Product was exactly as promised. Fit was perfect. Clean-up was excellent. Finish carpentry and painting was A+. Not one complaint or issue. On time, on budget and in and out with no issues.
The entire process went very well, from explanation of products and options to completion of installations. All Olson staff were courteous, professional and helpful. The team did excellent work, taking care to install windows properly to ensure leak-free performance, cleaning up each day to minimize disruption at home and informing us of progress and schedule as the project was underway.
