I've used Olympia Moving and Storage twice and both times I was completely satisfied. Both crews were efficient, respectful of the space and furniture (and each other) and really were knowledgable in their work. The scheduling process was wonderful as well. The entire team was attentive to our needs and quickly responded to our questions. A virtual walk-through to identify what we were moving was efficient and time-saving for both sides. After the initial estimate, I added a number of requests that were added without an issue. When the moving team arrived, they worked at top speed. My family moved out of our 2nd floor walkup condo in Cambridge into a 120+ year old home in metro west and the Olympia crew did an amazing job in both situations.
