I love my new apartment, it’s quite the neighbors are nice. The manger and staff was very nice they returned calls as well as emails same day or next day, they communicated with me for all updates during my wait. The apartment is CLEAN, the neighborhood is CLEAN, I can’t say anything bad about my apartment and this been a week in. Never been so pleased, I’m real big on reviews and feedback! Thanks again.

I'm happy living at Olympic Village Apartments, especially in regards to the leasing consultants Renees and Rebeca. I originally was interested in other apartments because they have many locations. But that it's not why ultimately choose to live here. The staff made me feel at home, even though I am on the other side of the continent. Renee's and Rebeca always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her, but the spotlight this time need to be shined on Jeff he did a great job, he quickly came to check... read more

I've lived here a long time. Its had its ups and downs, and good and bad people have come and gome. But right now it's okay. We have great management and maintenance....the best since I've lived here. The only things that bothers me now, is the landscaping is horrible. There are no more stone or rocks and the weeds have taken over what we do have. We are in a great location with just about every store at a five minute drive. I had roaches and a mouse but they do come to fix stuff when needed. outside was so many kids and grown people drinking smoking weed and making a lot of noise. I wouldn't recommend no one

I moved in the 22nd of April 2022 & I discovered the unit had roaches. The entire weekend as I moved my belongings into my unit, I killed roaches. I have videos & pictures of the roaches in the unit. I'd even woke up the following morning with a roach in my bed. I'm so perturbed & will want this issue to be erectified expeditiously.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not move here unless you want to deal with roaches. Have been told I have one of the cleanest units yet still battle roaches and they will not enforce the surrounding neighbors to be clean to get rid of this problem. Roaches gross me out and when I did a tour they showed me an entirely different unit then the one I was moving into so when I came to move in they dropped it on me that my unit was different then the one they showed cause I definitely want through cabinets and closets to make ... read more
