These reviews are so false from being accurate and I have no understanding when they were wrote. The place is a complete dump. Management cares NOTHING about anything except getting your signature. After that, well you are basically on your own to deal with roaches(God they are everywhere even if you are clean with OCD), old, nasty appliances, old ac units that rake your bill sky high, cocaine, and now I heard they have an Oxy dealer out there. I just read the last review about how Stephanie and Rebessc has made this experience great for someone ACROSS the continent. He hasn't even seen the place but in pictures. I lived there and went back there last week. The place is a project. It is drug infested and Stephanie and Rebecca don't care. They push papers. They don't walk the complex. You see these pictures and they are so false. The place is a DUMP. And these reviews are either paid for or written by them. I feel so sorry for whomever signs a lease withou... read more

First I would like to say that I'm grateful to have a place to live. However there are alot of things that need to change for future residents. First when I moved in they gave me a form to fill out with problems. I completed the form and turned it into the office. Two months later still nothing had been done in the list. I had to go to the office and put in maint form. Second, the walls in the kitchen and bathroom look as if a 5 yr old painted them. There is paint all over the counters like it wasnt taped. Maintenance is horrible and moving in was my worst experience once again I will not recommend moving out here ever again.

The maintenance guy here is really nice. However he has fixed my washing machine 5 times now and it is still broke. It makes a very loud rumbling and not once has that problem been resolved with either repair
