RecommendedAaron came to the house in an emergency sink situation. Was met at the door by my two young kids and was very engaging! Was just expecting him to come clean out the problem but got way more than that! My kids were so excited for some reason and he talked to them and listened and responded like they were old friends. Oh and he did a thorough job ensuring we were good to go from a plumbing standpoint. 10/10 would recommend Aaron and this company!

Absolutely amazing service!! Our toilet wasn’t doing a complete flush and everything was backing back out. In a panic we called a few larger companies in Omaha and the customer service just wasn’t great, let alone the prices and the time frame we could get someone out. Mind you it was about 7 PM. Omaha Drain came out, was very prompt, and our plumber was absolutely phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Professionalism, Response time, and just plain nice individuals! Barts leadership skills and knowledge make him a valuable asset to the company. Aarons customer service and communication skills were that of a seasoned vet. Highly recommend these 2 for all plumbing repairs in the future and consider yourself lucky to have them on site.
