Our basement started flooding on Sunday evening. I called at 8:30 Monday morning and had a tech at my house by 11 am. Work was finished by 12:30. Quick response, efficient work, and professional service. It's not a service anyone ever hopes to need but if the need ever arises again I'm calling Omaha Drain without hesitation. Thank You
Service was good, prompt arrival time, fixed drain problem. Only draw back is, technician removed a clean out plug (rubber) and after replacing same plug it leaked. He did not have a replacement with him and left it up to me to replace. My advice to them would be to have parts with them to complete the job.
I called on a Saturday about 11:00 am and someone was here within a half hour. Jessie was are tech. He worked his butt off on getting our kitchen sink to drain, but got it done with in a hour. I would used them again and ask for Jessie again! Great job!

Jesse the service guy gave me a heads up call and was on time for the appointment. He was very pleasant and he quickly looked things over, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 20 minutes. Was very happy with the service!!
I called early in the morning and had an appointment in the afternoon. The Service technician was on time and upfront on the cost. It wasn’t an easy fix but fixed the issue within the time parameter he discussed at the beginning of the service call.
