The houses are trash ! A they are money hungry and in some instances they try to blame u for the problems in these un fit properties! So march 5 2026 my 6 year old son was awaken by heavy thick toxic smoke due to an electrical fire , not to mention my so suffers with asthma an they can care less we could have died in that home an they refused us a relocation to a different location house ! Truly the WORST & most MONEY HUNGRY rental company ******. Pest control barely comes out to spray, yet we pay a extra $50 a month for it. HUGE water bug problem, they p*** every where! Takes them so long to fix a ************** LOVE adding fees on top of fees. They ****. You see these other reviews, we are not lying!! Take heed!!
My experience with this company has been a nightmare. From applying to realizing I had wasted my time and money, I faced poor communication, false promises, and ******************** September, I applied for a home at ****************** costing $1,450. Do not use Omega reality group. They are not accredited by the BBB for a reason. The only time you might talk to someone is if you want to lease. Ive been trying to get a call back from ******** ( option 6) for months. NOTHING. I have put work orders in. NOTHING. I have asked for updates or to speak to the agent everyday for the past 2 weeks NOTHING. Run from this company. Just run.
I had a different experience with these people. I was attacked when I was allowing a man out of his driveway. I dont want to get into it but , the police are making me find his name *** I dont know him or anyone of all of those men. My entire hand is still black and blue and it was Dec 15th when it happened. I do t have a name which means I do t have protection.
Omega advertises that residents are automatically enrolled in their "Residents Benefits Package" at ...$50 a month. But if you have everything they offer or can do it on your own - if you already have renters insurance, can get utilities turned on, change air filters, have good credit etc., you are still required to pay the $50 fee every month. But if that's the case,why not be honest just fold it into the monthly rent? This sort of deceptive advertising is a huge turn off; I will not apply.
Hello I am a current tenant at a property owned my omega realty I have been living there for 1 year and 2 months and have not received a mailbox key I have called and emailed them multiple times and still no results but keep hounding about rent payments along with that the trash area Is horrible sometimes Im unable to take my trash out due to no pick up also have complained about things inside of my unit and nothing has been done bout it Im afraid I will have to take legal action but wanted to reach out to you all for help b... read more
To begin with, my apartment was filthy when I moved in and after reaching out I was told it was the responsibility of the tenant to clean the apartment. Maintenance refused to send anyone out to turn the water on in the apartment. The apartment was infested with mold and roaches and even though I am charged for pest services they never send anyone out even after countless attempts to reach them they don't answer phone calls or reply to emails. Took money for no services and refused to return, we paid this company the money they requested for nothing, we supplied the information requested and every time the information was submitted they told us it wasnt correct, basically they never really tried to help us but dang the money then threaten us with a responce in an email that if we didnt respond with proper documentation within 24 hrs they were going to cancel our application, we had the opportunity to see a house that they had for rent with out knowledge that it wa... read more
