Well I thought this was an excellent company even though they dont respond too fast. I did get approved and paid my deposit and switched my bills when a couple of days before the move they decided not to rent the home because I was questioning the tree sitting on top of the house. I live in the Willow **** that Omega Realty owns and I can not get them to fix my heat and I got a lame excuse about why I dont have enough hot water to take a shower. I received a bill from them wanting me to pay a maintenance bill and for late rent. My rent cleared my bank on the 7th of Jan. I have sent numerous emails to a lady named ********************* who is an employee of Omega Realty to no avail. Tell you what I think?Loaded question.I will start with they are taking advantage of elderly and low income families or BOTH.My elderly mother lives there with my oldest sibling.She cant live alone due to health realted issues both physical and mental. 1st big issue was November 2021 the apartment flooded on 11/14/21.They didnt have anyone show up to come fix the problem until 11/16.By this point they were wearing rain boots inside.The smell was discusting.For two days we know the water ran in the wall non stop.On 11/22/21 t... read more
The property where I reside is Lakeridge Apartments in Phenix City, Al. I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES throughout my lease term. Starting with false advertisement of new renovations to the property. Upon move in I recorded multiple holes throughout the apartments., some were plugged. Shortly after I experienced rodent issues on multiple occassions.
