Always helpful & explain how I ended up at the shop
The service was for the installation of a trailer hitch. The parts were delivered on time. Installation was performed quickly and accomplished very well. I was kept informed of the progress and provided a loaner vehicle at no cost. I have been very impressed with all of my interactions with one Subaru of Hayward!

This dealership was amazing to work with! They even let us have an overnight test drive (24hrs) which took the stress out and having to make a quick decision and really test drive the car to make sure it would work for us. Highly recommend!!
