Great service! We love this dealership.
Check in was immediate and smooth. Working space, wifi and amenities made the wait even easier. I was in an out of there quickly -- I didn't mind waiting but the service person who took care of me checked and made sure my car was completed and I got out of there. I appreciated his attention.
My husband and I went into One Subaru of Hayward, with the idea of just looking at the car we research online. Fortunately, one Subaru had it in stock. Paulo was the person that helped us and we let him know that we were in there just to look and did not want to feel pressure to buy. He was very kind and very helpful. He let me test drive the car I wanted and at the end we decided to purchase the car. Our whole experience was very nice. All of our questions were answered, specially the costs

It was awesome. We saw the car on Sunday on line. By the afternoon Pablo had already gotten us approved for a loan to buy the car. And on Tuesday his helper drove the car down from there to Bakersfield and delivered it to our door. I have never had such a fantastic buying of a car. Thank you to everyone who nade it possible to get my new car for my new job. I love my new car. You all Rock!!@
