The Service Advisor, Hubert Nalos, made the visit pleasant. He communicated what was going on, how long it would take, assured me that if I found something amiss that I could bring my car back. Not a frantic experience like I had at Premier Subaru and I will be returning to this shop for my service.

We took our 2020 Outback because the drivers side window would not close if it was opened on a cold morning. We had the same issue last year and it was repaired by installing a new motor. We live in an area that doesn't experience many cold mornings. Since last year's repair Subaru has issued a new service bulletin and manufactured new guides for the glass.
