Good service and checking by Subaru
Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and they fixed all the damage caused by the faulty thermal controller without charging me. Now if only Subaru would reimburse me for the tow to the dealer.
Hubert's customer service is always excellent.
Over 90 minute wait. There was no coffee or wi-fi.

Waiting area and the coffee were great. I would suggest instead of telling the car owner when the car should be ready; tell the car owner the time when the car owner should return to pick up their vehicle.
