My first car!! Michael beretta was very helpful, I originally went in for a used car, but then mike used his magic to find a way to drive off in a brand new car!!! What a terrific experience that was!!!
Maintenance Very good service. Bianca provided a well and friendly reception. It is on time to complete the task. I will come back for the sevice and recommend to friends.
Well done I knew what I wanted calling up and Kelly was quick to show me a vehicle that met my criteria even above what I was looking for. He did a great kik on keeping things moving and the process was rather quick and tidy.
Service I took my car in because I heard a noise. My issue is, I should not be charged the fee for them to see what was wrong with the car if I got my car fixed there. Most places apply that charge to the services being done. I wasn't happy about that.
Service probably not necessary but light went on. I should have waited a month but was afraid something was wrong with light being on. It was kind of a waste of money and time for me.
Replaced left turn indicator bulb Had a 5 o’clock appointment. Was out in less than an hour. Reflief to have my left turn indicator light fixed thank you Greg
The customer service agent did a fantastic job Brandon did a wonderful job helping us decide to go through with a repair which was needed for the safety of the vehicle. We might not have caught the problem if your mechanics had not been so conscientious. Thanks.
