Went in for an oil change got in and out in about 90 minutes. Definitely better than my last two experiences at One Toyota of Oakland.
Oil change Got an oil change and had to have some problems jiffy lube created solved. Service was great, was able to lyft home through Toyota for free and was pretty straightforward!
Great Job! A friendly customer service, although the wait time was too long for me. I waited almost two hours to have my car completely done with 10k check up; I was 10 minutes before my scheduled time.. Hopefully, it won’t take this long..

Excellent service with what may be the best waiting area eve Came in for routine maintenance. Got 4 new tires. Finished on schedule while I worked in waiting area using free WiFi. Test drive hybrid rav4 while waiting for service.

One Toyota of Oakland is awesome. I have been dealing with One Toyota for the past 7 years and they have not disappointed. There service department is well run and Chase Daubeneck there service advisor deserves five stars. He kept me informed throughout the service process. This dealership iis great one of my favorite they are honest and treat you very well.
Overall, very good experience. Very good service Superior Service representatives and Department. Very professional very accommodating. I have had the pleasure of receiving service multiple times and this last time was just as great as the ones before. These folks really know what they're doing.
