I have had my policy for several years and have rarely used it until this week. On Thursday my husband texted me at work to let me know that we lost power in the back two bedrooms, one of which was his home office. I called One guard spoke with a ni e lady, paid an up front fee and someone came out on Monday to fix it. I am thankful for the quality and quick service Robert provided here at Christmas time.

I have had OneGuard Home Warranty for over 5 years. I have had a number of claims during that time and have never been disappointed. My most recent claim was for my clothes dryer and from the time they sent out someone to look at to resolving the claim was less than a week. The dryer part was no longer being made so they replaced my dryer. Couldnt be happier!
We have used OneGuard Home Warranty Company for 17 years. Worth every penny we have spent. They have for the most part been very dependable and helpful. The times that we have had trouble, it was not their fault, but rather that of one of the contractors. When those problems happened, they worked with us to get the contractor to respond. We were then able to get that contractor on a do not call him request for the future.
My refrigerator broke down. One Guard found me an excellent contractor who was very professional and fixed the appliance the first time.
We have had OneGuard for almost 2 years and have been very pleased with the service. Having used the service several times over this time frame, we would definitely recommend this company and product to others. The monthly cost is extremely reasonable as well the cost of each visit. This a followup of a previous review. After a second plumber to find a leak under the kitchen sink he did an excellent job locating the leak the first plumber could not fine. We had to replace the kitchen faucet. I received a call from One Guard telling me that they only replaced faucets with contractor grade equickment. I have had One Guard service for over 15 years and they have always replaced items with like kind. I have top of the line faucets throught the house and have had valves relpaed with no problems. One Guard arranged for Exmore Repair Services of San Antonio to inspect/repair an issue with my kitchen refrigerator. Technician quickly identified and repaired the issue. Both One Guard and Exmore took quick professional action.
