The best Ive tried. Love that when a problem arises, Oneguard has a special person designated to troubleshoot and somehow they seem to find a resolution.

This is the second home on which I have had a OneGuard protection plan. I just bought this home about two weeks ago(6/16), 9 days ago one of the ** units failed (there are an East and West side so two ** units, only one failed). Called OneGuard 6/19 (a Saturday) they had a technician out the next week,(6/25) on a Friday and found a bad compressor. That was one week ago today. Fred F******* was very helpful when I needed to renew my policy; he gave me a tip about our AC system to make sure we would not need extra coverage to make sure we were covered based on the age of our condenser unit. Really appreciate those little things that can help save hundreds or even thousands of dollars in the future!
