I have found Home Care Solutions to be available whenever I need them w/prompt service. Today Jr. brought me a oxygen unit to replace another that cord had broken. He was very accomplished w/his service to me, set up the unit for me. Thank you very much!

OneHome contacted my husband after I was released from the hospital after suffering 3 cardiac arrests and 3 strokes. They told my husband the first 6 sessions were covered. My husband contacted Humana and Humana told him that it was $45 copay but if the provider said it's covered then it's up to the provider. During my first session, the therapist told me she didn't feel I needed therapy so we agreed to do one more session. Worst service I’ve ever had
The two guys that came out were very helpful. One was Manny and the other one was Junior. Very informative and very polite. Answered all of my questions!!
This is my very first negative review I have ever given to a business but the nature of it is inconceivable. I have never dealt with such an incompetent, unprofessional, careless and disorganized healthcare devices provider. It took almost 2 weeks for them to do absolutely nothing to get my 12 years old son's insurance pre-authorization for a knee walker and was never put through. Not only Humana put a complaint on them but also our primary care physician. It is incredible how inconsiderate they can be with an injured child.... read more
0/5 stars I wouldn't recommend this DME to my enemies and that's saying something. This company is ableist, prejudice, ageist, and elitist. I will never understand why this company is allowed to keep their contract with certain insurance companies. FYI - If one of their home health aides comes to your house, guard your valuables and check your belongings. Call the police to have it documented. Even if they threatened to put your relative in a home, have everything documented.
