Some of the nurses are great but only a couple so far. The home health aid they sent came on Monday to bath my soon to be father in law. She was here 5 min did nothing and got an emergency call. She told him she would be back later that day. As of Friday night we still have not heard from her. I called the office Thur and asked if he was scheduled for Friday and was told she would call in the morning. 4pm rolled around on Friday and nothing so I called again and was told they sent her a message to call us. 6:30 still nothing... read more

Every time my mom had this homecare service they were always hours late !!...And after we constantly tell you people to send someone who speaks / understand English y'all always send someone who speaks very very little English and don't understand much English !! Do y'all have employees who speaks /understand English ????!!!! And I wouldn't recommend this company to no one who doesn't understand Spanish !!!
Where do I begin. If I could give this company One Homecare Solutions a -20, I would. 1/17/20, My 93 yr. old mom's back up battery is not charging her portable oxygen machine. Called on 1/17/20 and got the service who said they will take a message. Nothing, no phone call back. I called 15 times between 1/17 and 1/19 and no call back. NOTHING! 1/20 they bring a new POC. When trying to get a delivery in the afternoons, I get a Ring of this company trying to deliver in the morning. I'm told that I will get a call but in the 3 years I've had to use this company, it never happens and my delivery time requests are ignored. It's getting tedious to have to call only to be told that I will be receiving a call about the delivery time. Guess what, it never happens!
