Best Staff High Safety, Outstanding Professional Care, Reasonable Fees
Excellent! I have a complex medical history and Oneida Dental Office made my visit so easy, offered to coordinate care with my other doctors and were very clear about my options. The dentist listened to me, explained everything clearly and I left feeling confident that I was going to get great care. I was very anxious before coming in and I feel relieved. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
Dealing with COVID-19 best practices The office has put well-organized protocols in place. For example, waiting in the car until your room is ready, and then being escorted directly. I felt quite secure. Patients should be aware that current ADS protocols prohibit use of the aerosol producing tools (i.e. the plaque removing waterpik, the fluoride paste cleaning). Amazing dental office My children and I have been going to this office for at least 15 years. Dr Russell is amazing. She is the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. The hygienists are great also.
