Very professional with personal care The whole time during my appointment I was informed what was happening or going to happen. I was clearly told of all my options and what steps in my treatment will/should take place next.
Always very professional Great experience! Kelly does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and dr Russel is so gentle when she exams my teeth. Also, when she works on my teeth. I use dread going to dentist, but not anymore! Highly recommended.
Smooth Operation Everything went smooth. I called from my car to inform them that I had arrived. They said they would call me back shortly, once they knew the doctor was ready. Within minutes they called me back and said to meet them at the top of the ramp wearing a mask. An associate was waiting for me at the top of the ramp. She took my temperature off my forehead and led me into the building. Another assistant was inside who asked me to follow her.
