The sales rep is fabulous-love Madeline. Guys who installed Rich and Carmen super hard workers and efficient and do everything they can to assist customers.

In particular, Marianne was wonderful-extremely knowledgeable and patient-she worked with us at our own pace and we felt that she really wanted the best for us, worked hard and cared that we were happy in the end. Updating two rooms was a huge project but salesperson Marianne gave me great tips and ideas! Installers Rich and Carmen were very professional and meticulous installing both carpet and luxury vinyl in my kitchen area. Marianne called to check in after the installation was complete. Wonderful people to work with, great store!

Totally loved the entire process getting our new carpet. Erin was so nice and helpful in our house and in the store. The installers did an outstanding job-brining everything into our house, moving our furniture and placing all the carpets. The house looked so clean and brand new when they were done.
Everything from picking out our LVT, to ordering it and having it installed was spectacular. Our sales rep Marty was exceptional. Our installers Rich and Carmen were amazing. They did an exceptional job. This is our second job performed by Onondaga Flooring and we won't go anywhere else for our flooring needs. I highly recommend them.
