I am very satisfied with both our purchase and installation. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. We interacted with several people at the store and they went out of their way to help us. The installation crews lead by Rich were amazing, respectful, helpful and willing to explain things that I asked about.
Erin is the start of helping me choose the perfect rug and flooring. Her pleasant calm disposition and knowledge of the products, make her the best! Rich and Carmen installed the rugs and floor...great personalities and outstanding job!
From the beginning to end it was a smooth, easy purchase and install. The sales lady was awesome and easy to talk to. The two guys who installed the carpet did an amazing job. Very friendly, clean and quick. Highly recommend.
