RecommendedOnshore’s tour was great! The guide was very friendly and has the answers to all your questions! I recommend to take advantage of the snacks they provide. The rooms are spacious and overall it’s a nice and peaceful living area. It’s very chill!

i recently toured this property and fell in Love!!!! the place is gorgeous. the staff was very friendly and welcoming and i appreciated that everyone wore masks. i love that the property is new with updated appliances and furniture. it seemed like a quiet environment as well. i would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking to lease.
This place is absolutely amazing, almost daily there is something going on for the residents to safely interact during covid and still get to know each other. The team is always helpful no matter the circumstance from maintance calls to renewal inquires on my lease. Plenty of amenities including pool, barbeques, and a dog park.
The place is great staff is friendly and the amenities are great . My son loves it I was there this weekend helping get his apartment together
This place is so wonderful! I plan on moving here shortly and the workers have been NOTHING BUT HELPFUL!!! They're very patient and have answered all of my questions.
This place is awesome to live. it's brand new apartment and has everything one requires. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The apartments are close to stores within walkable distance. It's close to ERAU and Halifax hospital and volusia mall.
So far so good!!! I love the style of the apartment itself and all the amenities that come with it😊
