I was REALLY trying to refrain from writing this review and give the office the benefit of the doubt. However, after a week of absolutely no communication and being lied to, I’m left with extreme frustration. In less than 12 hours, complete strangers will be moving into the apartment I’ve been living in for the last year and I STILL have not received an email from Onshore with their contact information as I was promised WEEKS ago. Couple of things that have forced me to write this review. Number one, management and the people working in the office are the most incompetent and uncaring people I’ve ever met. Not only do they not follow up with voicemails left, they also lie to your face! I was told every single day for the last week now that emails would be sent out about new roommate assignments….well…roommates move in tomorrow and guess who STILL hasn’t received an email! Why did my son sign lease with 3 friends for a 4x4 only to just find out (after paying rent) he’s been placed in a 2x2 with strangers. And how can you purchase renters insurance if you have no address/apt! What’s the point of pressuring these students to sign early & pick your roommates if Onshore is not going to honor their end of the agreement? And FORGET about getting any answers! This place is TERRIBLE. My sister has had the worst experience with roommates, management and safety. She never recieves mail on time. They have trash outside they don't keep track of. Staff is rude and has been harassing her for something that she is NOT responsible for AND has proof yet they are just trying to single her out because of a terrible roommate that just moved in. Again this month, Onshore has screwed up our rent. They broke our lease by moving 2 extra people into an apartment that according to our lease was for 2 -- now there are 4 and we were told the day before they moved in. Now they continue to charge the higher 2-person rent. I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone and they do not call back - last month it took 3 weeks to get any kind of response. Their billing system is a joke and you have 1 day to get payment in once it is posted.

Get rid of management they don’t know what they’re doing, totally unprofessional. This place doesn’t care about your needs they just want the money. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place got reported or shut down. Save yourself the pain and look somewhere else.

Do not rent from this property. It looks nice but the staff is horrible. Don’t ever be late paying anything because they will harass and threaten the hell out of you to get it, especially their “bookkeeper”. Check out eagles landing or Bellamy, I’m sure your experience will be much better.

I never leave reviews but it has frustrated me so much that I feel the need to say something. To make a long story short I am a Masters Student attending Embry-Riddle. I’ve been living in Daytona for 4 years now and have rented from many places with no issues. Onshore has by far been the worst. They made it seem so nice before I signed the lease and the staff was very friendly. After I signed the lease and moved in problems were arising left and right.
