The supervisor over the leasing office is so rude! They try to make money off you in any possible way. They asked for cash as there system was down, and based on the lease agreement they can not ask for cash via the phone, as they need to provide a prior written permission. When I went to the front desk to ask for a written permission, the supervisor there threatened to call the POLICE!
I have lived here for three years and would not move anywhere else! Great for student housing, and a plus to have it fully furnished. Highly recommend for students looking for a 2-3 year housing accommodations!
I have a daughter who's lived here for the past 3 years and although the grounds are decent the staff at the leasing off is RUDE to tenants. We pay her rent upfront for the entire leasing period and anytime you call with a question you are met with such resistance and a condescending tone. The supervisor over the leasing office is equally as rude. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else! I wish I could give ZERO STARS. BEWARE PARENTS!
Moved-in today. The apartment was not cleaned at all. Dog poop on the balcony, mold in the washer machine, floor was stained with what seems like dog pee. Not mention the bed that barely stays upright and a dirty bathtub. Walls and doors stained and dirty. At least I made sure to pay all my move-in to-dos!
The maintenance guy named Bobby is so sweet and helpful. Our AC unit was messed up pretty bad and he came over on New Years Day and fixed our unit and explained everything to us while he did it. So friendly and amazing.
