RecommendedOPC has been fantastic! We've been a customer for several years now and are totally satisfied! We do not have any insects in our home and have no issue with stink bugs! Our technician is a true professional, courteous, and family oriented. We are customers for life!
I would give them no stars if I could. The double charged me for services never completed then had the audacity to charge me late charges. When you call the office and try to rectify the situation the never call you back on top of that The service guy comes out and just sits in his car and half asses his way through it. I have found that it is very difficult to contact OPC. Long hold times, messages to an answering service etc. I also do not appreciate how the billing changes and fees are increased without any prior notice.

I have been using OPC for several years now. I used to get a call to setup my quarterly prevention service. Lately I get an email to setup my service. Well, I hadn’t called yet for my quarterly service which needed to happen in July because I have been on vacation. Last week while I was traveling back from vacation, my ring doorbell is pushed and it is OPC to conduct my service. No one is home to open the back gate to compete the full service. If you love your perennial flowers and landscaping, this isn't the company to use for termite bait stations. This company installed termite bait stations at my home in 2008. We paid for services every year since then. A few years back I saw them literally trampling my flowers in my flower beds to check these stations. We called and complained and they said they would install new stations not in my flower beds. We decided this year not to use their services anymore. I canceled the service and the very next day they showed up and sprayed!! They did not tell me they were coming and just left a note on the door, then sprayed when I have a pregnant dog!!! Last summer I couldn’t get them to come out to take care of my ants and now that I don’t have a big problem I can’t get them to stop coming … it’s winter of course. Ridiculous!

They take payment out of my account for services that they don't perform unless you call to set up appt. and even then they don't show up like they are supposed to.
Horrible customer service. They bought out a local pest control company that has been doing termite inspections at the same residential property for 18 years. They refuse to continue the warranty. They say verbally that they might warranty the contract but will not giving anything in writing as proof. Would not recommend this company. Look for other pest control places before thinking about using this company.

Wouldn’t recommend simply because they drag the process out and take your money… I waited 3 days for them to come to my house for bumblebees in my attic (two members of the household are highly allergic) then on the 3rd day when he got there he wouldn’t complete the job because he couldn’t fit through my attic door and told me they couldn’t come back out until the next week and honestly I’m not even mad about that I completely understand the situation but without even completing any of the job charged me $115 for no reason a... read more
