Technician sprayed my house while it was pouring down rain. And hit my fence while leaving. Call technician to tell him he hit my face and of course he denies it. Told him he was only one been in my driveway all day I’ve had that fence up eight years

The techs just show up without scheduling so they never treat inside the building where the problem is. Calling there office you wait on hold for mass amounts of time before anyone picks up. I’m still having big issues after longs periods of treatment. Very disappointed

My Father called on Friday, 4/22/2022, was placed on hold for 45 minutes with no answer until the line was disconnected. Called again today 4/25/2022, left a message and has yet to get a call back. I contacted them on FB messenger immediately got a reply asking me what they could help me with and when I told them the pest issue, I haven’t gotten a response. Serious failure of customer service
