It has been a long time since I have been as disappointed in a business as I am in Opthalmology Associates in Mankato They knew I needed an appointment because my contact prescription needed to be renewed. I told the receptionist, I told the technician who did the initial screening and I told Dr. Nathan Carpenter that the only reason I was there was so I could get contacts. When I left they gave me my prescription and an hour later when I tried to order contacts I found out my prescription from them was only good for glasse... read more
I was telling them that I wasn’t seeing as well as I wanted. Their response was well you’re seeing 20/20. I told them that the letters were fuzzy and that I was guessing on some of them. They didn’t care and seemed like they were in a hurry to get out of the room and on to their next paycheck! I don’t feel like they had my best interest in mind , just their own! I won’t be returning!!!

After the technician left I waited for well over an hour in the exam room. Nobody came in to say they were sorry and that it would be awhile. I almost walked out. I would like to cancel my November appointment!
