Very unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. Took my INFANT to an appointment where I was made to wait in the lobby with her for almost two hours after our scheduled time. No updates, offer to come back later, etc. The doctor then spent less than three minutes with us and was extremely unprofessional. I decided to take her somewhere else for the needed surgery. second time waiting over 30 min for my appointment. This time I told them I don’t have the whole evening to wait. Rescheduled. Not sure if my lasik surgery went welll. Guess I’ll have to wait longer to find out.

My wife waited for over two hours for her scheduled appointment. Technician gave a fast eye exam said she had a slight change in her prescription. After her glasses came a week later the glasses distance vision of new glasses was not right as she could not see distance for driving. Called to get rechecked they were unwilling to work her in for a recheck. The front desk person was not listening to my wife as her vision is not right and she can’t see distance.
