All was good but just a bit disappointed to discover that the old staff was no longer there. A notice from Dr Grace and staff would have been nice.
Good friendly
Everyone was friendly, service was quick and efficient, and it seemed like they really cared about you and your oral health, not just making extra money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Eh. It was fine. Nothing special. I don’t tend to go to large medical providers so I’ll likely look for a new dentist. One thing I didn’t like was that I saw one provider for my checkup and a different one for my fillings. Weird and unexpected. Also didn’t enjoy no heads up that the change had occurred until a new dr walked into the exam space and I said “uh, where’s dr grace?” Like, are we all just supposed to roll along and pretend nothing changed?

I feel all the necessary covid precautions were taken and I felt very safe in the office area. My appt started on time and Merideth was professional and answered any questions I had. She did a fantastic job.

I was a patient of the previous dentists, going as far back as Dr. Auerbach, in 1979, who was followed by Dr. Grace. I was rather taken aback, when my February appointment for Dr. Grace became one for Optima Dental Spa. But, I went. And a crown in March, then a second cleaning 6 months later in August. In that short time period Optima has proven they are unable to keep good folks. The dentist who made the crown had left the practice.
