While I’m not a frequent reviewer of professional businesses such as dentists or doctors, it does seem to me based on my recent experience that a review might be helpful to others. This practice recently bought the dental practice I'd been going to for over 35 years. I already had an appointment previously in place with the former practice. When I arrived, I introduced myself but they still called me by the wrong first name. They had changed the spelling of my name in their records, (it was always correct previously for over 35 years..). went in for a routine cleaning, new staff everywhere, was told my teeth were so bad they needed deep clean. I asked them to use ultrasonic cleaning like my old hygienist always did, was told “it’s not going to help”. Follow up appt for deep cleaning, numbed half my face, cleaning took only 15 mins. Clearly not necessary, i was in pain from the clean, and they recommended extra session for “filling”, and tried to recommend crowns for lower chip. Office totally disorganized. The first person I (dental tech who took x-rays) told me I absolutely needed a "deep cleaning"...the dentist came in a few minutes later, had a look, and said there was no need for deep cleaning. The hygienist (different person from the tech mentioned above) was pleasant and tried to focus on the cleaning, but was interrupted multiple times by someone entering the room to talk about the hygienist's next appointment. It was great overall, but I didn’t feel comfortable when the doctor was making a casual conversation with her assistant for the entire time of my procedure. And my mouth was open-wide while she was working closely to me. I understand that doctors have been vaccinated but I haven’t.

Where did the experienced hygienists including Meredith go? All new staff, no notice to patients of sale of practice. Safety protocols were a joke with staff wearing only surgical masks. One of the two male dentists has a bushy beard that was only partially covered by his mask. No face shield. Never going back! Sell your veneers and high priced cosmetic procedures to others. I’m taking my Delta Dental Insurance and going to a dentist not a “Spa”.
