I like this place, but they do not readily respond to their voice mail messages nor their emails. I've been trying to get documentation for a visit since last year to no avail. My flex card is suspended because they won't respond to my calls nor messages. Overall, the expertise of the dentists and hygienists is noted.
Vinni is my hygienist and she is EXCELLENT. She was very, very professional and I really like the way she explains what she's doing. She gave me information about how to rest my tongue properly while sleeping. Vinni is a GEM. I was going to switch to Dr. Hurtado, but because of Vinni I will stay will Oral Health Center Of Delaware. My appointment was 10am March 21st, by 11am I was in my car. The staff is very, very nice and prompt. I would recommend OHC of Delaware.
Best place awesome service they get you in there clean your teeth very well and always listen to understand
I had a great new patient experience today. My hygienist had a nice soft touch that was calming and professional. The Dr. Was kind and gave real life advice. I think I will like it here.
Both of my teenage kids attend this practice and the receptionist Salema is absolutely awesome!!! She is always ready to answer any questions you have and ensure that your visit goes as smooth as possible. She is super professional and always has a pleasant demeanor each and every time I call, or visit. I would highly recommend this practice for Salema's customer service alone. They were really nice and have nothing against them. They weren't my style. I didn't get a toothbrush "goodie bag" and never had that before. Whatever that me and I wanted my toothbrush lol! The hygienist Edward Scissorhands' my mouth but at least my teeth aren't filled with plaque. Also I'm going to need a second opinion on what that doctor said. I never was told that by my last dentist and that's sus. Like maybe my last dentist wasn't really good.
This was my second visit to Oral Health Center. Both visits were painless. And the staff was very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer my questions. And calmed my fears. I would highly recommend this office.
The friendly staff. They take time with the outcome of your treatment as well. Even though they may not have opening slot. They will keep you up to date with any cancellations to fit you in.
I just went to have my teeth cleaned yesterday and my Hygienist is Awesome ..Nekia who I ask for each time,personality is great so Nekia keep up the great work, Thanks for being concerned about your patients as a Hygienist and being Gentle and caring you r the bomb in your craft..Blessings, have an awesome day and a safe Holiday Christol
