I went for oral surgery yesterday. My husband and I were greeted in our native language even though we speak English. Everyone in that office is kind and they explain step by step what they were about to do. Dr. Guter greeted me , put the IV on me himself. What still surprises me is that he personally called at 6:00 o’clock to check on me and gave me some reminders . Now a days doctors don’t usually bother with this and ask other employees to do it. Dr. Guter and his staff truly CARE about their patients. They make it easy to discuss concerns or fears about any treatments. Dr Guter always calls me evening of surgery to check on me and see how I’m feeling and give an after hours number for urgent concerns or issues.
I was very impressed. Dr. Guter shook my hand and said, I have read all about you concerning my reason for coming. I felt from this initial visit, that he would suggest the best plan to better my needs.
So impressed with the time that was taken in explaining everything and answering my questions, especially since I am have teeth extracted for dentures.
All of the staff are highly professional. I have almost no pain with my implant procedures and have healed well. Dr Guter is excellent.
He did such a great job that I have zero pain at least 36 hours after . The staff was very polite and professional.
I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my care under Dr. Guter. His explanation of the plan of my care, rationale for that plan and expectations were thorough and easy to understand. His staff could not have been more friendly and easy to work with.
I had an implant- his staff and medical personnel were helpful and friendly
