Dr. Ford has a great bedside manner. He was thorough in his exam and made sure we understood everything from start to finish.

When I went to Dr. Ford to have teeth extracted I was immediately put at ease by the staff and Dr. Ford. He explained exactly what he was doing and stopped from time to time during the procedure to continue to inform me about the process and to ask if I was okay. The procedure was a success and Dr. Ford followed up personally with a phone call to me later that same evening to make sure that I was okay and to remind me of what I should be doing for the healing process to be speedy. The experience was less stressful and well organized. I was in and out with no problems. I didn't feel any pain leaving.
Every treatment and procedure I've had at Dr Guter's practice (Oral Surgery of Tidewater) has been top notch, pain free and well done. I've gotten a call each evening, after a procedure, to make sure I am OK, which is so wonderful! It just doesn't get any better than Dr Guter and his staff!

I received outstanding service from my first phone call to the office to the dentist chair upon arrival. I was very nervous regarding having a tooth extracted when I arrived. Once I was called to be examine I was continually being comfort with care and compassion by Dr. Gray’s staff. I received outstanding service from my first phone call to the office all the way to the dentist chair when I arrived. Dr. Gray and his staff made me feel very comfortable during my complete procedure. I was very nervous when I arrived but after speaking to Dr. Gray I calmed down immediately. The atmosphere you feel in the presence of his care is what you want to feel at a dentist. Thanks again Dr Gray for you and your wonderful staff! Great experience as a new patient. Staff including Dr. Guter were professional and personable. Explained everything in detail. I did not have to wait snd was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time.
