We met with Orbit Sales Representative Andrew Z. on 3/19/22 and signed up that day! Andrew was thorough, clear and we felt very at ease. Seamus Hoffman was my rep from Orbit. He was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and ease any concerns or reservations I had. I felt truly heard and respected. Our technician was Jack. He was professional and friendly during the entire process. He comes across as a very honest and trustworthy guy. He was able to schedule our AC unit to be replaced with very short notice during the hottest week of the year. I would recommend Jack for future work.
I highly recommend Orbit for anyone interested in going Solar. From start to finish, Orbit and Andrew were amazing to work with. Andrew was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, reliable, honest, and timely. Everything Andrew told me would happen is happening! Overall it was a great experience
From start with quotes to finish installation this company is perfection. I'm happy I found them. The office personnel was very personable and helpful (thank you Jackie) Jeffrey came out for the quote and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Finally the installers were exemplary, starting and finishing job in less than a day and thankfully before it got too hot. Thank you again, next up will hopefully be a water softener.
