RecommendedLOVE OVC ...... Dr.Neilan is our 15 month old shih tzu puppy, Cassie's doctor and he is wonderful!! He is so calm with her and makes us feel very confident in his ability to care for her. We love that he always makes time for us and our many questions....and that he's so playful with Cassie. He is the best!
