RecommendedI absolutely love Origins and Spine. They have helped me more than an other pain specialist. I have had 3 back surgeries and 2 neck surgeries with a tri-level fusion. He really cares about his patients.
RecommendedThe staff , Dr . Crider & NP Shereen Xavier are amazing ! I would highly recommend their office to anyone looking for pain relief. They offer so many options . I have never had to sit and wait a long time for my appointment. They treat you like a person and not just another number. I wish I knew about their office a long time ago. Fast , professional & courteous .

RecommendedLove Dr. Crider and staff. He's made me feel very comfortable in helping with my back pain and provided multiple options on things we could try and not just throwing medicine at the issue. He provides the medicine however which I'm super grateful for but very nice knowing we have other things we can try to hopefully relieve my back pain to a more manageable level and after going through one back surgery and looking at the option of another facing me, I was very glad to find Dr. Crider to hopefully not have to go through that... read more

Dr. Crider explains diagnosis and treatments in a way that is easy to understand. He walked me through my MRI results and explained every issue in great detail and answered all my questions.
