RecommendedDr. Crider and staff are awesome. Very likable and willing to help. I had sciatic pain and unable to walk too far. Dr. Crider and the PA reviewed my MRI results and developed a plan for me. I received the epidural between L2/L3 area. I’m unable to have surgery till May. After the epidural procedure. I was able to walk and believe me I put many miles on that leg. lol Dr. Crider gave me my life. I will never forget him.
RecommendedI was referred to pain management by my neurologist. They wanted me to go to another place but I requested Origins. Within 15 minutes of me leaving the neurologist office Origins staff called and I was able to be seen within 30 minutes of me leaving the Neurologist office. I felt like Dr. Crider and his staff listened to me more than anyone else has on my medical team.
