I have lived here for the past 3 years and overall my experience has been pretty good! There are several things over the years that have not been positive, but I feel like they definitely try to listen to the residents when they can. There have been a few times with maintenance that have not been satisfactory but Kevin on the maintenance team is always very nice and helpful! The leasing consultants in the office are also very nice and try to help whenever they can!
I have lived at Orion on Orpington for this entire academic school year so far and have no complaints. I just resigned a lease with the complex to live there again for another year. I enjoy living there for sure. The complex is clean and has good and useful amenities. Neighbors never cause any problems and the complex is efficient with its trash system. Definitely a nice complex to live in.
I have lived at Orion for several years and have never had any major issues. Maintenance is very quick in responding to repairs, and I’ve enjoyed the pool and hot tub every summer! The rooms are spacious enough and I enjoy walking around the pond during the day as a study break. I have heard some concerns about safety, but I’ve personally not encountered feeling unsafe.
I have lived here for 2 years and it had been great. Maintenance is very on top of things and processes work orders quickly. Amenities are pretty nice and I love that the gym is open 24/7. My favorite thing is the fire pit it’s a super fun way to get outdoors when it’s cold outside.
4.5/5 Stars. I've loved living at Orion since I moved in in August! The staff are incredibly nice and understanding, the renovated apartments where done really well and the whole complex is one of the better student apartment complexes. The price is somewhat reasonable considering the prices of other apartments near by, and it's a fairly quiet and peaceful area. Every apartment complex has their downsides, and the only one i've noticed for Orion is maintenance is not the fasted and it might take a few visits for them to fix ... read more
