We have been with Orkin for going on 2 years. They are AMAZING! They mean it when they say satisfaction guaranteed. James is the BEST! This is our first time using a service like Orkin. Today has been one of the hottest days so far. Over 90 degrees at 9am but Jason did an amazing job for us. He was thorough and covered everything and answered all our questions. We are doing the quarterly service and I hope he is our technician for future services. Jason Rocks!!
This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos . He was very professional . He explained the schedule of the pest control service. He was able to provide additional information along with answering questions about the areas he was treating. Carlos was very knowledgeable about pesticides that were being used. I was not satisfied with the service I received. Most of the time, they did not cover the entire area as expected. Despite my clear request for weekend-only appointments, they continued sending technicians during the week, which was inconvenient and frustrating. On top of that, the work felt incomplete and not thorough. Overall, I don’t feel I received the level of service or reliability I was promised.
Carlos was an all star! He met me at my house as soon as I arrived from work: perfect timing. He recognized my problem area, and offered me a service plan better suited to my needs. It was a little more upfront, but cheaper in the long run. He was quick to action, and got a lot of the hornets and wasps dusted/killed! I appreciate the swiftness of his work, and the company's dedication to check ins and progress. Thank you!!
