Jim, our normal technician, is great! Always quick to respond to questions and very friendly. When we noticed something unusual, Jim was out that afternoon to check on it. When we realized it needing special attention, Jim called Scott and he was able to come that afternoon to inspect. Then we knew it needed treatment, Scott was able to contact Tony and they came first thing the next morning.
