Jim, our normal technician, is great! Always quick to respond to questions and very friendly. When we noticed something unusual, Jim was out that afternoon to check on it. When we realized it needing special attention, Jim called Scott and he was able to come that afternoon to inspect. Then we knew it needed treatment, Scott was able to contact Tony and they came first thing the next morning. Noticed a big issue at 10:30 at night called they had Randy out by 9:15 am who even called and asked if he could come earlier then our 10:00 am scheduled appointment. Walked me through everything, started the process and was super friendly and did a great job explaining everything. Very happy so far with my experience 😊

They were efficient and responsive to my call and needs . The actual Orkin man that came to remove several wasp and hornet nests was extremely friendly , pleasant and very efficient . He told me every step of the way what he was doing .
