Jim, our normal technician, is great! Always quick to respond to questions and very friendly. When we noticed something unusual, Jim was out that afternoon to check on it. Noticed a big issue at 10:30 at night called they had Randy out by 9:15 am who even called and asked if he could come earlier then our 10:00 am scheduled appointment. Walked me through everything, started the process and was super friendly and did a great job explaining everything. Very happy so far with my experience 😊
