Great customer service. The technician explained everything to meet before the initial treatment of my home and signing of the contract. With my grandbabies in the home, I explained my concerns of having the mouse trap sitting out in one of the rooms so he put them where they are not visible. He listened to my concerns and took into consideration. I would recommend Orkin to family and friends.
