Technician is extremely professional and courteous every time he visits. Always checks with us to see if we have any special areas where we see more spiders, and promptly treats those areas with spray and traps if feasible. He briefs us at the end with what he did and/or found, and always turns off all lights, and locks the doors when he leaves. since we started using the service, we are seeing less and less unwanted critters in our home.
