Really a shady company. They cannot even diagnose the main cause of the problem. The Bensalem customer service answering service is horrible. Notes are incorrectly taken and techs show up not knowing what the problem is. They just try and sell programs and demand money. Place is a a joke, DO NOT GO TO ORKIN IN BENSALEM. Scam artists!!!
Extremely shady company. The top part of my service agreement where it should specify the frequency of service is left blank. Now hey are calling me 5 times per day harassing me

Called this morning and was given an appointment for this afternoon - price was higher then other companies, but they said they would be out today. Two hours later, I get a call back cancelling my service for today and only being able to get on the schedule in 3 days for the same high price.
Big mistake hiring this company. Disappointed with Customer services representative in the Philadelphia area, rude and unprofessional. I was told by Victoria from customer services and I quote” you don’t get what you need”and hang up the phone. So I called again and canceled their services. I will take my business somewhere else. I had no issue with my technician who was prompt, polite and thorough. I have a huge problem with the quote given for single service quoted at 175$ with f/u in a week if problem not resolved. Required I give my credit card. (I wanted to write a check at time of service but was told “theft is a problem so we only use credit card.” (Theft by whom? Multiple phone calls leaving messages requesting cancellation of service appointment due to rise in Covid cases with no call back from Orkin. Service tech shows up and I tell him I want no service. He insists on doing exterior of house tho we had a large snowfall the previous night and ask he not do it. Have again called Orkin but have no luck speaking the an actual person. I am sure Orkin will charge me for a full service appointment. What a rip off. I would cancel my contract if I could.
