Multiple phone calls leaving messages requesting cancellation of service appointment due to rise in Covid cases with no call back from Orkin. Service tech shows up and I tell him I want no service. He insists on doing exterior of house tho we had a large snowfall the previous night and ask he not do it. Have again called Orkin but have no luck speaking the an actual person. I am sure Orkin will charge me for a full service appointment. What a rip off. I would cancel my contract if I could.

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Everything was going good from October until May. Then in July, they didn’t show up. I put a message in to the system and heard nothing back. They were then supposed to come in August for the missed appointment. Once again did not come. I started getting a little concerned. They put me to a 1 year agreement I didn’t agree to. Getting a hold of the supervisor is the worst, they give you a run around when it’s time for issues but they charge you quickly after a visit. This is BS.

Worst experience ever. Bad service , no vermin caught, bad scheduling, a lot of my time wasted with no results. I feel vey frustrated, & ripped off becauseI can’t get my close too $400 dollars back‼️‼️‼️‼️

We have had many issues between billing and the actual service. Yesterday the service man came he did not have a mask or booties on. He had to be told what rooms to service instead of servicing the whole house he needed direction.

First appointment date no one showed up. Had to call multiple times to schedule new date/time. Frustrating
