Caring and competent people help me keep my home safe and comfortable. Today David Smith III was here for the semi annual inspection of the crawl space and attic for termite and moisture inspection. He had overseen the drying out of my crawl space earlier. It now works very well. He tweaked it today for current very wet conditions. He also informed me of potential improvements I could consider. Both he and Mike Marshall ( my monthly care technician) are very knowledgeable and answer my questions very well.
