Four months and counting.......I am not familiar with Orkin as a whole and rarely post reviews. In fact, I have never posted a negative one but am making an exception here. Having run a service company for 13 years, I have to say that dealing with this company has been a most frustrating and disappointing experience on so many levels. Recommendednever called to set appt, came unannounced, cleaning lady wouldn't let him in she said he sprayed the outside, don't feel I should pay for services not completed due to the fact didn't know he was coming
I had a complaint a couple weeks ago and talked to a rep in Salisbury md who said he would investigate and get back to me. well he never did get back to me but when we talked the first time he reassured me that my monthly mosquito spraying would happen on Saturdays because I don't leave the pool area gates unlocked. so here it is a Wednesday and I get a voice mail telling me they are spraying and I'm 200 miles away and my gates are locked so all they will get is the outside of the fence .
