I don’t even know where to start? The fraudulent charges, the no call no show 4x in a row or the rude customer service when you call to follow up. I have never had to deal with a more unprofessional company in my life! They never showed for a follow up like they said, however I did get a bill from them saying they came. I have left multiple messages with no response. 4 times in a row they have not shown up. This has been going on since October and if I hadn’t already paid I would have left for someone else a long time ago.... read more

So far, the experience with Orkin has been poor, to say the least. The initial visit did not resolve the issue and when I made a follow up service request, no one showed up. When I called, I was told that making a service request online does not confirm your appointment even though you do get an email with the time and date of your appointment. I put the request in 3 days ago, received a confirmation email, came home early, waited for 2 hours, only to find out that I don't really have an appointment. I should mention tha... read more
