They never return your calls (I called 5 times) then had to call corporate to get an appointment. Then they missed the appointment. Then when I got in touch again they refunded me, not the full amount but $200 less than the amount. Please don’t do business with them. They are looking for new customers and forgetting about the monthly services.
We attempted to use Oregon even though it was much more expensive than another company reason past. Boy was that a mistake!! After failing to show up for two appointments in the a lot of time frame quoted by them, I have received no less than four bills requesting payment for a service that never happened. This people come to my house to kill the termite, they put some traps and never come back. And I have a lot termite in my house. 1500..
We have digger bees. Before First time orkin came i had to pay$433. For a yearly contract And didnt even get a full year of service. My contract started may 17 and ended dec. 31. Person that came to spray for bees was ineffective. Called for second application which could not be done for 10 days and they didnt come, no email, no phone call. Ill do better myself with a can of raid . Cancelled my contract. Waiting for a refund. We’ll see.
I am completely dissatisfied with Orkin. I would advise everyone to save their money. I have had service for a year and they never got rid of the pest. They are so unprofessional, so many times I have made appointments for treatments and no one ever came. I would call to confirm and was told they was on the way, when they never arrived I called back in and was told the exterminator clocked out already. I canceled my service contact due to terrible service! They constantly canceled appointments at the last minute . The last time my neighbor told them to wait for a few minutes and the technician drove away when I was down the street.

I've had an extremely horrible experience with your customer service representative at the New Hyde Park NY location. I'm a new customer and my first service was suppose to be scheduled for today. I got a call this morning stating that the technician won't be able to come in today and I was told to call the local New Hyde Park location. Overpriced Multiple issues where they schedule, then reschedule without asking … Don’t provide what they say when they get you to sign…more concerned with signing a contract before anything else Very glad my contract is down… NOT renewing and don’t recommend them at all
